Rename my products in account page from numbers to names?

I have a few products on my account which just show phone numbers.  Ideally I would like to change them to display names of my family rather than number so I can instantly see which one to check.  Would this be a possibility in the future or can it be done now?

It isn't possible to do this now and it's always been this way. I'm not sure if O2 will ever allow this as it's also used by their accounts and audit teams for recognition. If they were labelled mum, dad etcit could lead to confusion.

Any programmer worth his salt could implement this easily.

All you would need to do is add a nickname attribute to the account and display that rather than the telephone number.

Their accounts and audit teams would still only see the numbers and/or devices.  Any credible technical member of staff would surely be able to implement this.

I don't see why you couldn't have mum dad etc alongside the number then the auditors would only need to look at the number
