Hi All.
My partner had an old O2 contract from several years ago.
She had a few issues with her account and ended up having a Default placed on her credit file from O2.
This Default and debt was eventually sorted and paid in full 3 years ago an dwe thought nothing else of it.
We have now come to apply for a mortgage and this default is still on her account (albeit 'Settled').
But as the default is still shown, we now cannot continue with our mortgage application.
We are hoping to get in touch with the correct team at O2 so we can sort this Default out and hopefully have it removed.
Can someone please point me in the correct direction for who can help us with this issue?
Regards
Adam.

Customer services should be able to pass this to the credit department for you, the numbers are in "Contact us" at the foot of the page.
You could write in if you prefer:

Maybe have a read through here. Many similar threads if you search for credit file default in the box above.
