Hi

How do I remove an unwanted bolt on? I’m out of contract so would like to change tariff and remove a bolt on but I can only find how to add a bolt on. Thanks

It can all be via myo2 on the web, click on More then tariff on allowances and its at the top of the page to manage boltons.

To change tariff, just click on change tariff

Some bolt ons can only be removed by customer services.
