Remove a bar

I reported my phone as lost but have since found it, how can I remove the bar to allow me to make phone calls etc again now I have replaced the sim with the new one that was sent out?

When a phone is reported as lost, O2 place bars on your account and sim card.

The account bar will need to be lifted and the new sim activated before you can use your phone again.
