Seems pointless offering age restriction advice for children when by default O2 assume we are all children. I don't use credit cards so I will have to visit a shop, which is a 32 mile round trip.

Use the Web Version of MyO2

If you’re a Pay Monthly customer, log in to My O2. Select ‘Age restricted content’ from the dropdown menu under My O2 to the left of the page, then choose the level of content filtering that’s right for you.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

All networks by default apply the age restriction to all sims they sell, so not unique to o2..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
