Hi, I have a pay monthly account with O2 and have just installed an O2 pay as you go sim in my old phone, mainly to keep in the car for emergencies. Is there any way I can register that one on my existing account? I hope somebody can advise, thanks!

i have tried live chat but every time I do there is nowhere to type my question 🙄

Hi @Tulip

Login to your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and select "Bring in other products" from the home page.

Follow the instructions to merge both into one login.

Just be aware that once added, you can't remove it unless you port the number.

Make a chargeable call or text once in any 6 month period to keep the number active.
