Hi,

I got the message and email saying that I am going to get tariff raise due to inflation.

I Understand your concern about inflation. But i am on the fixed contract Since i am on with in the contract  period  i should not go out till that time and you should not increase my tariff.

Since you are increasing my tariff , it mean are you braking my contract. Since my budget already defined by myself , I can't bear the new burden.

Please let me know if I have freedom to go out from this network without paying any penalties.

Unfortunately not as the price increase is specified in the T&C's that you agreed to.

There is a thread on the price increase here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/Robdoggery-11-7-increase/m-p/1532772#M121257

And you read and signed the agreement agreeing to all terms in their, and point out the price increases...

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
