I ordered a new contract phone but on the wrong account so was told by o2 to just refuse delivery, which i have done but they havn't change my account back to what it was, how long does this take

A couple of weeks under normal circumstances but could be longer in the present climate.

I would call O2 to ask if they have received it back and to update your account. Hopefully it will be done automatically,
