Solved: Refurbished scam!!

Can someone explain hew they can sell me a phone that's supposedly like new but has dirt under the camera lense, around the camera setting and the battery dies stupidly quick? So disappointed and typically cannot get through!

Is that it now??? I mean I genuinely feel conned. Sort it out o2. Absolutely fuming £500!?! It's not even been cleaned properly!!!
