Has anyone else had a nightmare getting refunds?

My account finished and my lasted bill was a credit - I've been promised cheques bank transfers card refund and I'm still waiting - they say they don't have my card details......which I've given with bank details a number of times. And they said they don't issue cheques but I've been told twice a cheque will be sent

O2 yes...easy to take money but sometimes 10 working days for a refund....

I had to send the form 3 times to get a refund on one of my cancelled contracts,, so keep trying.

When I moved here it took me a month to get a refund. The good news is that I owe them money now...will they wait a month? Damn right they will.
