I sent my payg phone back to the 02 shop and been waiting for my refund since October the 12th 2016 its now the 3rd of november. Is this normal for you guys to keep a customers money for that long? I ring and constantly put on hold my phone bill is up too £19.45 as im using my ee phone to contact you. Please can i have my money now. ;(
