Hi, I’ve just tried to get a contract with you and I’ve paid the upfront cost of £49 and then it’s said I didn’t pass the credit check so how can I go about getting a refund seems as the phone or charger isn’t coming

Your bank is holding the funds in reserve for if the contract is accepted

They will release the funds back to you normally within 7 working days

O2 don’t have your money. 
it is held in a shadow account by your bank and they will return it to your account after a few days if the order doesn’t complete.
