O2 canceled our o2 contract pay monthly as we missed a payment now all of a sudden alot of money witch is my daughters dla money has all gone to you

Hi @Staceyfos - this may not be entirely O2's doing - please check your bank transactions carefully to be sure where the money went. Then if it is definitely O2, you’lk need to call O2’s customer service team about it – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 ). Call around 08:15 UK time, and keep trying until you get onto the queue with the music. Good luck.

If you miss payments to the point that O2 cancel your contract, you will be charged the full remaining amount of your contract.

This is all covered in the T&C's you signed up for.

Failure to pay will result in your debt being passed to debt collectors and a default placed on your credit file.
