so I brought the new I phone 14 pro max and I made a deposit that I will get back on my 4th payment but I’ve heart it will go to my account not into my bank account. I’m wondering if I can get this into my bank account instead?

Yes you should be able to. Give O2 customer services a ring and they should sort it out for you.

As @Peterkin1010 says, @Sasha17 - you can get the Deposit that is returned after your 4th month to your O2 account (assuming you have not missed any monthly payments up to that point) paid back to your bank or issued as a cheque, details here: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/refunds
