Sounds like a Spend Cap caught you out , @Sandys7790As we’re just customers like yourself here on the Forum, if you message O2 on

 Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,

 Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or

 Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help with Spend Cap changes, as they can access your account. They may be able to arrange some goodwill gesture for your loss of service, as well as advice on using your phone when in range of a good WiFi signal for contacting friends and family by voice, e-mail and messaging.

Good luck.

@kinglfc

There may be a discount bolt on added to your account Guide: Where is my discount or Extra Data?

However, looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

Thanks

@kinglfc As the post from @pgn above says, you can contact O2 via social media, or if you prefer to try speaking to someone call 202 from your mobile, 0800 032 1402 from any phone, or numbers in this link: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
