Hi. I've recently yesterday tried to pay my bill three times online and yet its come off my bank account and in my statement but when I chatted online last night Shail said it wasn't paid. Ive lost nearly 100£ trying to pay my account. My debit card works but don't know whats going on your system. Please make a refund. Urgent

My ph has limited services now due to bill not being paid. Can I pay by manual bank trsf please? Please submit O2 banking details so my services can be activated again as its not my fault pmt isn't going through
