It should appear as a credit on the 4th bill if the first 3 are paid on time, and you can then call customer services (numbers in the link already given) and ask for a refund.
If it does not, then you need to call customer services and ask what is going on @Bartolomej.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

@Bartolomej

You'll need to call O2.

No one can refund you here

Not sure what type of refund you are looking for but you do need to call O2. We have no access to any account on the community forum.

All numbers for O2 are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Edited to ask you to remove your phone number. (Options> Edit)

You also need to come back and remove your number from a public forum @Bartolomej otherwise you could end up subscribed to services you don't want or receiving calls you don't need...

@Bartolomej

Many times you have been given numbers to contact O2 on.

They are here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

and here Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
