I have not used my sim as I moved over to New Zealand in October 2022 and you keep charging me 25 pounds every month, I would like a total refund for the last12 months

@KV06 This is not O2. This is a customer community with no access to anyone's account. Not using your sim doesn't mean you don't have to pay for it if you are under a contract. If you didn't use the correct procedure to cancel you won't be refunded anything.

You need to cancel your contract

If you didn't cancel in the first 14 days you will be liable to pay off the contract in full
Why have you waited 12 months to query this?
It's highly improbable that you will get any kind of refund
