Refund for first months bill

Hi Everyone!

I took out a contract on an O2 refresh plan. I paid for the phone in full and canceled the contract. However O2 charged me for the first months airtime. When i signed up i was told i will only be charged for what i use. I got charged for full amount. Does anyone know how to apply a refund??

I can not get through to customer service. They did mention i could apply for a refund online but not sure how

@Mohammed187 This is all I could find: https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/refunds I can't see a link to a form to fill in in that link. You will have to persevere and keep trying to reach customer service. We are all customers. There's really nothing else we can help you with here.
