Refresh Tarriff - Downgrade???

Anonymous
Not applicable

My partner is now out of work. His phone is on o2 refresh he still has the phone plan to pay - which he is but the tarriff is high and never used fully! Can he downgrade to a more affordable and suitable tarriff??

I thought this was a possibilty as i upgraded my phone early and downgraded my tarriff at that point so technically that was before my 24m was up.

Or does he cancel and start again?

O2 advisors on the phone = NOT very helpful!!!

The device plan leads the refresh tariff, so his options are to upgrade early or pay off the device plan and change to a cheaper sim only tariff, but either way you must pay what ever is remaining on the device cost.
