I have been residing in UK for more than three years now.. Well, 3 years and 9 months to be specific.
I did not get anymore options to enter all my address details.. while my application for the mobile contract has been referred to the credit team. I just felt this to be unfair as my credit histroy is very good after being a honest consumer in the market all the way through.
My order number is ms-301759886 if anyone may be interested.
While O2 did collect my passport details, that wouldn't be of much help when It comes to checking my credit conduct.
Sorry about the rant, I just felt like letting the credit analyst boffins with O2 know that they should give us consumers a chance to prove our credit conduct before rejecting it outright.

it is run by o2 but there is no official help on here.

@chiara what we mean when we say no official help we meen prooper o2 customer service staff like on the vodafone forums. This community has always been described by o2 as a customer to customer help forum.

Just how sightings of big fishes among small fishes is an example of a healthy ecosystem in the sea, sightings of a community manager among the threads means a healthy forum.
It is not to be taken O2 will let a forum full of people go unmonitored. After all, they pay for the website hosting and ideas & feedbacks here will be considered. They are a business paid for by shareholders and bond holders throughout the world.
I would be honoured if they were to consider any of my feedback and/or help me out of this situation.
