How do I reduce my present tariff, I'm not using most of it now.

Unfortunately, you cannot reduce unless you have previously increased the same contract whereby you can go back to your previous tariff.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi @Anonymous you cant reduce your tariff unfortunately..

You can only do that by paying off your device plan or contract in full then switch to a sim only or pay as you go
