My contract: £15.99pm - O2 200mins, unlimited text, no data, 24 month Bonus
I've been on my contract for 12 months now and I want to reduce my tariff which I was under the belief I was entitled to. I've spoken over chat and the cheapest tariff I can move to is:
£22.00- 100 any-network mins, unlimited texts | No inclusive bolt Ons |
Thats 100 less minutes for £6pm more!
Do I need to call up and complain so I can move to a lower tariff like the one for new customers below?:
£11.00 | 50minutes | Unlimitedtexts | 100MBdata | 1 month early upgrade |
Thanks in advance
