Reduced app streaming

Hi, this has probably been covered before but just thought i'd ask the question.

I have a iphone app for cctv IDMSS which seems to stop working regulary ( after a few seconds ) , on various signal strenghts 3 up to 5 bars.No issues when in anyones wifi around the country.

is there any truth in a roumor ive heard that 02 optimse downward use of streaming services ?

would be good to sort this one out.

No issues with data size ive got loads.

If you are talking traffic management and throttling Here is a good guide across all networks.

Have you tried another data hungry app? Try a high-quality video app like netflix set to hq - that will eat 1gb data an hour if that works okay it's likely to be the app rather than the network.
