I have a contractor and on pay monthly. I want to reduce my contract, I have no bolt ons. Can I do this?

If you cannot do it in your MyO2 you are not eligible for it, sorry.

Your only option would be to upgrade to a cheaper sim only tariff when your minimum term is completed.

Do I have to contact o2? I checked on my o2 and only options I have is to upgrade not downgrade
