Recurring charge on my bill

Hi, so over the months I've had a random charge to my bill labelled as "Microsoft Store" of course this wasn't me and I called and was assured there was a bar on my account from this happening again and that I should contact Microsoft support for a refund, but since I dont have a receipt for the transaction because its not for my microsoft account, I was told to go back to o2 for the refund... let's just say I never got my refund.

But low and behold the charge is there again and I cant start an online chat and when I call customer service the call is killed after a minute of waiting on their end.

This is beyond frustrating and my bill this month is over £70. I cant seem to get any help from support at o2 and I really dont see what else I can do
