Recurring bolt on

Anonymous
Not applicable

Apologies if this has already been asked.

After a recent upgrade, I have now lost my previous existing recurring monthly 5gb UK data bolt on for £5.

The tariff I was previously on, was changed during the upgrade.

Do o2 still offer this, or has it vanished to the great deal graveyard in the sky?

Disappointed to have lost it, given I chose the equivalent tariff, or as close to it as I could in terms of cost/inclusive allowances.

Thanks,

Bryan

The bolt on would have been taken out approximately 5/6 months ago.

For 4 months prior I took out an additional 2gb bolt on, then o2 offered me the 5gb recurring bolt on.

Due to work commitments, my data usage increased substantially, and this was a reasonable option for me.

I guess they realised they were potentially losing money on it.....
