Reconnection.

Ok so i was late paying my bill meaning all out going call got diverted to payment line. I have paid this and told i would be reconnected within 24 hours but usually sooner!! But im still not back to bormal service! Why ?

Only CS can answer that but my guess would be because it's the weekend.

I think you really need to call them if you aren't connected now. Unfortunately there may be a reconnection fee. Set up a DD to stop this happening again, you will probably be showing a default now on your credit file. It was your your choice to cancel the DD set up when opening the account.

O2 please reconnect me.... my bill is up to date and has been for ages. It was ment to be reconnected after 24hrs its been weeks and i cant get in touch!!!! Help
