Hi folks.
I've just moved away from o2 to EE. However oddly in my location o2 has a much better signal.

Does anyone know if it's possible to reconnect,
And keep my old deal?

Or am i out of luck?

Cheers

Not sure whether EE has a cooling off period..or whether your device is locked to them now?

You won't be able to go back to O2 on your previous deal as your account with them is now closed. You could always cancel with EE and port back to O2 I expect? .

Edited to ask if you took out a new contract with EE which included a phone?

If you had a sim only deal it could be much easier...?

Hi.
It's a SIM only deal. I'll give them a call.

As Cleoriff says, you will need a PAC from EE which you can get after 30 days.
If your old tariff is still available with o2 you can start a new contract on that tariff but you won't be able to just pick up where you left off.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Just be aware once you get your PAC from EE, you will need to take out a new sim only with O2. However they do have some great deals on currently..... I know, I have one myself....

Some info on keeping your number in this link if porting back
