Hi, 

I had to get a debt management plan year as I was struggling financially. 
I am in a better position now 

I am looking at paying off a couple of my contracts and having them reconnected. 
is this possible?

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – around 08:10am is a good time to give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number - 0800 902 0217 )

To be honest if they have been disconnected for more than a couple of months, o2 will not reconnect you, as you are now a financial risk to them. 

I would start looking elsewhere, but you will struggle to get a contract, so it might be best with one of the Virtual Networks such as ID Mobile or PAYG

 

You are going to have to ring the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 

 

Dont hold any hopes..
