So I recently upgraded my phone
On my bank statement for upcoming its showing O2 46.17 And 27.12 whereas my new plan states I should only be paying 26.37 and 19.28. What should I do because clearly thats completely wrong on the upcoming transactions for my bill.

First and foremost DON'T CANCEL you Direct Debits. That will put you in default and it will go on your credit record..
My O2 may give you a breakdown of these charges, bit if you are not happy contact O2

The recent upgrade might have meant that there is an overlap of the old phone/bill and the new, hence the charges being different from expected @FunkoJack
Contact o2 as advised above to confirm if this is the case.
