Recent Ugrade

Hi,

I've recently upgraded my sim only contract to 12m. I'm supposed to receive my new sim today. At the website it says you will et Disney+ for 6 month with any upgrade option. but while upgrding it didn't gave me option to add Disney+ . when I go to my O2 and try to add as extra. it still says 5.99 p.m. andnot free for 6 month. Also didn't received any communication regarding how to add this either. I did received email like upgrade successfull , sim on the way etc.

I was just wondering how can I add free 6 month Disney+ ?

Your MyO2 will update in a few days to give you the option to add it as a free extra.

Thanks. it been couple of days already but lets see what happen till next week probably. i was giving the benefit of doubt as didn't received new sim yet. probably thats why.
