That number is not o2 but Gamma Telecom Holdings Limited, (they own the 0113 733 range since 11/12/2019) and they are a Business to Business reseller.
As @Bambino has said contact your bank, and you should never give bank or card details to a 3rd party who calls out of the blue.
For Information Gamma have just under 290 number ranges....
