Recall Note 7

Can anyone tell me what's happening re the Note 7 Recall by Samsung? I received my Samsung Note 7 on a pre-order. There doesn't seem to be anything on the O2 website giving information about the recall.

I rung o2 myself this morning and arranged for my note7 to be picked up they couldn't tell me when they would have new stock but said as soon as they do I'll have new phone sent out and once I've got that to ring them and I will get some sort of credit on my account
