I knew there would be hidden charges but £29! How can you charge £12.99 insurance. When all the other mobile insurance sites charge an average of £6.99 top line. Also what is this £14.99 ? Oh plus VAT. I really thought I was getting a good deal. After being a contract customer for almost 10 years. I'm now saving to buy my way out of the contract. Very disgruntled customer.
Thank you Bandof. Seen it has been changed since 5th December. Good they are trying to make more offers. When I took mine there was a leaflet with phones and prices for different category cheap crap/dear crap and one policy
