Really poor download speed on hotspot

I’m in the TD2 area and have really bad download and upload speed, less than 5mbps on download and similar on upload. Tried restarting the iPhone 11 Pro Max several times and also the firestick I am using but still can’t get a good enough speed to watch anything as it is constantly jamming! Really frustrated and thinking of leaving O2 and finding a better service provider, take in mind I have been with O2 for over 10+years now! HELP!

Hi @Hollywood - if you are in a busy area, try switching down to 3G when the 4G speed drops - used to work for me between 2pm and 5pm where I worked. If you do decide to move, get PAYG cards from the other telcos and test speeds first is my suggestion. Good luck.
