I am still trying to remove the spending limit on my sim. I tried calling 202 but no response. Tried the liveChat as well. Please is there any other alternative?

There are numerous numbers for O2 in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

0800 587 4005 seems the best one to try. Although try any or all of the others (press Any option)
