Got contacted by o2 on Saturday re upgrade it got all sorted out including the £30 upfront payment phone was set to be delivered Monday **Personal info** by DPD waited in all flipping day nothing got told there was a delay but would be with me today. Another day wasted waiting in and still no delivery I have messaged and phoned and they have been less than helpful and no refund for upfront payment I’ve saved all contact with them re this delivery and they f I don’t receive it tomorrow I will be sharing to all social media platforms to warn people not to go with this ridiculous company. Furious is an understatement

Wow, and they will take no notice, unless you have 100K's of followers.
