I recently purchased a second line on my account for my mum and ogt a re-conditioned Samsung S9 phone. its now 5 months old but its not broken. The phone is constantly crashing/freezing, i have done a hard reset a few times and nothing works. I dont see why i have to pay for this contract when its not working and not getting what i am paying for! Is there an option for me to exchange the phone or cancel contract?

@LB1986

Arrange a repair under warranty either with O2 or Samsung Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes, you'll still have to pay.
Try calling Samsung https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/service-centre/
