I have just arrived back to my latest bill which has almost £15 of roaming text messages on it. Whilst I was away, the phone was off for whole time, and in fact, was stolen whilst on holiday and subsequently blocked. It is impossible for someone to have accessed the phone to use or send those messages as it was blocked. Furthermore, the phone numbers that the purported messages were sent to are all the same apart from the last digit.... It looks very weird.
Can anyone suggest what to do? I have tried to contact O2 but have received no response.

Hi,
How did you contact o2.
I would suggest via 202 to make them aware and to investigate.
Dont use Live Chat.

Yes I tried to via chat, the operator said that I sent the messages. I didnt. That was that, I have the numbers here, from looking online it appears this has happened to others.
7860015000 | 6 | 2.400 |
7860015001 | 3 | 1.200 |
7860015003 | 6 | 2.400 |
7860015005 | 9 | 3.600 |
7860015006 | 3 | 1.200 |
7860015008 | 3 | 1.200 |
7860015009 | 3 | 1.200 |
here are the numbers and frequency. They are all the same apart from the last digit. In case anyone has had the same.
Cheers,
Laurence
