I have just returned from a trip to the US recently and have discovered that there are 5 separate charges, each for £2.50 each to a number I have never called. In particular, I have 4 calls to 0012123172900 between 23:01 and 23:08 UK time, each lasting between 20 and 49 seconds and a 5th one to 0012126513800 at 00:20 lasting for 38 seconds. I never called any of these numbers nor did I access my voicemail so I am at a loss. Have anyone else encountered this?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

hi Vasileios,
I’ve had similar experiences, on two separate US trips, with O2 Travel. Other community post-ers have experienced the same.
The charges on both trips have been credited but I escalated my most recent complaint, based on information from this Community. The Complaints department have fobbed me off. I plan to escalate it to OfCom.
