Radio competition number

I tried to enter a radio competition today. Message wouldn't send. Tried several times. Is there a block on my phone or network? If so how do I remove it?

It could be your phone, as you may have selected in the past to block premium rate texts, also if you have a £0 spend cap you wont be able to enter the competitions. 

If you contact o2 they can also check if you have any bars on your account. You can either call them on 202 or if you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
