Hi, I have just been told that the RPI being used for my pay monthly contract is 13.4%!
I know RPI has been as high as 12%, but it has now fallen back quite a bit as energy costs reduce and mortgage rates have fallen. What RPI measure is O2 using?

RPI was 13.4% at the end of Jan.
CPI used by the other networks is lower

Hi M15,
I understand that RPI can be added according to my contract. But the UK RPI is not 13.4%. Where is this RPI figure from?
????????

From the link given:
If your plan started from 25th March 2021 (RPI plus 3.9%)
Each year, your Airtime Plan will be increased by the RPI rate of inflation announced in February plus 3.9%. If RPI is negative, we’ll only apply the 3.9%.
