REGARDING UPGRADE

Hi all, having problems ordering an upgrade, my old contract ends in june this year, 02 will not allow me an upgrade, have tried ordering a new handset online but after 3 days have not recieved any email confirmation, how long does it take, i currently have 2 contracts through them, have paid on time every month, what is going on.

When in June is it due. If you log onto MyO2 it should tell you how many days before the end of contract you can upgrade.
