Hi all can anyone help I have been charged 2 lots for £3 to qzinc what is this?

Hi @NAT You have probably clicked on a link or signed up inadvertantly for some sort of chargeable site

Have a look at the advice in this link

You need to contact them directly and ask to be unsubscribed and a refund of your money.

Also contact O2 customer services https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus  and ask them to place the following 2 bars on your account

  • Bar all Direct to Bill Debits
  • Premium Bar (calls to premium numbers, 090, 070 etc.)
