Hi,
I've ordered a new pay monthly sim.
I requested to keep my payg number.
I just got into my o2 account and noticed that I've got a new pay monthly account that is up n running, and I am getting charged for the service, while I haven't even received the new sim yet.
What is the dea?
Thank you
Cathi

Your bill is generated immediately and is a month in advance.
You'll need to chase O2 to migrate your number.

Hey, thanks again to all for your replies.
The sim came just before, and I spoke with o2 cs re number transfer. They told me that the number will be transferred to the new sim on Monday, so this is when I'll start using it, as I need my number always on.
I just want to ask regarding my Airtime rewards. Can you please tell me if it will work as it used to with my payg sim?
I have some rewards that I hope I can send towards my pay monthly bill. I've arranged to pay by direct debit, should I cancel it? How does it work? Hope you know.
Thanks

No, do not cancel your direct debit.
Just claim your airtime rewards in the same way as you have been and they will be credited to your account.
The direct debit will then take what is due after the credit is applied.
