Hi, i took out an iphone 5 contract on O2 via carphone warehouse recently so my question is if i ever have a problem with the phone who do i contact to get it looked at?

Apple warranty is only for 12 months. Outside of that they will charge you a standard fee to replace the phone if faulty.
