Question regarding my bill

Hi, currently I live outside UK and European Union and I am not able to check why O2 is taking so much money from my bank account.

You should be able to get a detailed breakdown in My O2. If not then give customer service a call

Unfortunately your MyO2 app won't work abroad but you can always login online. 

However it is free to call customer service on +443448090202
