Hi,
Just wanted to clarify this before I cancel my direct debit!
I cancelled my contract earlier this month and got my final o2 bill today, and in the email it says "the balance on your account means you have nothing to pay this month", I checked through the bill on the link and it said my final bill is "-£3.04".
Does that mean I owe them that, or they owe me? I just want to know if I can cancel the debit now.
Thanks!

Call CS and ask them to transfer it to your bank, or send you a cheque....
