I have been charged for using my phone abroad which is not the case.

Would like a call from bill payment service to rectify this.

No one will call you from here and you need to remove your number from the public forum please.
This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217
